A: We are located in the state of VT. Our zip code is 05495. When you use our facility, shipments for AMZ FBA typically go to Hazeltown, PA or Somerset, NJ. We work with those Amazon centers all the time and they minimize your expenses. Also, it only takes 2-3 days for our shipments to arrive, so your products go live quickly.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity of items you require?
A: No, we have no minimum requirements
Q: What if I want to ship only boxes that constitute less than 1 pallet?
A: We can ship any number of boxes to AMZ FBA and if it is less than 1 pallet, the flat fee of $19.95 applies
Q: Do you provide FBM services?
A: No, we are not currently providing Fulfilled By Merchant services
Q: How fast is your turn-around?
A: 1-2 business days after we receive the request
Q: How do you process the shipment with Amazon?
A: The shipment is created in Seller Central with your requested items and quantities, then we complete the shipment
Q: How many boxes can you fit on a pallet?
A: It depends on the size of your boxes. Pallets are 48" x 40" and cannot exceed 60" in height
Q: Do you process returns or Amazon removal orders?
A: Yes we can receive, collect, and inspect Amazon removal orders for an additional fee of $0.49 per unit. Sellable items can be sent back to fulfillment centers
